Warm up for running season by participating in the 40th Annual Irish Jig 5K, one of Michigan’s premier 5K (3.1 mile) road races. As you conquer the USA Track & Field Certified Course in East Grand Rapids, know that each step makes a difference.

The Irish Jig isn’t just a run – it’s a journey toward improving health, inspiring hope, and saving lives. The event’s legacy of building awareness and raising funds for colorectal cancer will continue while the focus expands to include all cancers. Proceeds from the Irish Jig directly benefit the Corewell Health Patient Assistance Fund.
