The Ridgewood Try a Tri for Hospice is a great fall season pool-swim triathlon. The event will take place at the Ridgewood Swim and Tennis Club, located in Guilford County, just outside of Greensboro, NC.  Thanks to our generous sponsors, 100% of your race entry fee will go directly to AuthoraCare Hospice (formally HPCG). The race begins with a 200-meter swim; athletes then will transition to a rolling 10-mile bike (roads are open to traffic) and finish with an out and back rolling 2-mile run in the Ridgewood neighborhood. If you are new to the sport of triathlon or looking for a short, fast course, this is the event for you. Please note that this event SOLD OUT in 2019 and we have placed a cap of 150 racers for 2024—don’t miss out, sign-up early!

Note: Anyone who registers after 8:00 PM on Friday 8/30/2024 will be added to the back of the Swim Start Lineup
