Description

Join generations of Winesburgers in running the Great Grape Race, one of the many fun events of the 25th Winesburg Reunion weekend! This 5K is perfect for all ages and features a scenic route through picturesque farmland. Whether you’re a dedicated runner, a casual jogger, or just looking to enjoy a family-friendly event, this race is designed for everyone.

We’ll have granola bars, bananas and water available for runners at the finish line. The event ends in Winesburg park where the fall festival will be occurring, there will be food trucks present and baseball games being played when the race is over along with events throughout the rest day for the festival and reunion celebrations.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers. All participants will receive a voucher for an ice cream cone from Whitmer's General Store.

Parking will be in the field behind the playground at Winesburg park. Participants will need to drive past the park entrance on TR 671. They will enter the drive at 7771 TR 671 and park in the field past the house. There will be signs indicating where to park the day of the race.
