5K out and back along the south shore of beautiful Crystal Lake in Frankfort, Michigan. Timed 5K, tee shirts, participation ribbons. Participants are welcome to run or also walk the course. Race proceeds support the work of Benzie Senior Resources, helping seniors in Benzie County remain healthy and living independently in their own homes.
