Join us for the first-ever Carnival Shake Out hosted by Rock City Run Club in collaboration with the Department of Sports, Park & Recreation! A fun and exciting race for all age groups through the beautiful harbor of downtown Charlotte Amalie! Starting at Blyden’s Terminal (Tortola Wharf), participants can choose between a 1-mile race or a full 5K. 

This FREE event kicks off Carnival 2025 with movement, music, and motivation while promoting health, inclusion, and community vibes across the VI.

All paces are welcome—Run it, Jog it, or Walk it… Just Keep It Moving!
