Welcome to the 2nd Annual Joe’s Spreading the Sunshine 5k! Let's celebrate the life and smiles of Joe spreading his sunshine everywhere he went!

Race fee is: $30 and includes a race t-shirt if registered by July 25th, 2025. There will only be a limited supply of shirts and sizes after the shirt cut off date of July 25th.

5K will start at 9AM at the Shelby Pavilion in downtown Shelby, MI.

Check-In/Packet Pickup will start at 8AM.

Proceeds will go into the Shelby Public Schools General Scholarship Fund, managed by the Oceana Community Foundation, and will be used for a student going to a trade school in Memory of Joseph Veltman.
