In our Run Club, students will have the chance to challenge themselves while improving their running skills and fitness! We’ll focus on conditioning through fun running exercises and challenges, helping you build strength, speed, and endurance. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting, you’ll have the opportunity to track your progress and work towards beating your own personal best times. Each week, we’ll set new goals and encourage each other, all while having fun and staying active. As you improve, you’ll not only get stronger physically but also grow in confidence and determination! We hope to organize a race sponsored by our run club during the school year as well.
