• Off-Road Triathlon, 42km, 21km, 10km, and 5km Trail Runs, plus Youth Runs
• XTERRA World Triathlon Championships spots
• rent a cottage and stay for the week in Ontario's summer playgroud.

• limited total course capacity
• Full and Half Off-Road Triathlons
• Long and short Duathlons
• Trails runs including 3km, 5km, 10km, 21km, and 42km
