Fleet Feet's Tar Heel 10 Mile Course Preview: April 5th, 2025 at Fleet Feet Carrboro. The 10 Mile group starts at 7:30 am and the 4 Mile starts at 8 am. We'll have lots of different pace groups, turn by turn directions for the two courses, and we'll have water/aid out on the course! We'll have snacks and physical therapy help after the run! All are welcome!
