Located at Mastick Woods Picnic Area in the Rocky River Reservation Scott Troyan - Head Varsity Coach Pace Yourself! This camp is for girls in grades 5-9 who have an interest in middle or long-distance running. Coach Troyan and his team will provide high-quality training and racing insights to help spark participants’ growth, physically and mentally. Participants will also learn valuable information on the subjects of nutrition, injury prevention, racing technique, and training knowledge. Tuesdays and Thursdays: June 3, 5, 10, and 12 6:30-8:00 pm
