Kiwimbi 10K, 5K Runs & 45-Minute Walk!

Place: Duke Island Park, 191 Old York Rd, Bridgewater, NJ

COURSE IS PAVED, FLAT AND FAST!

Registration: 8:00 am

10K race:  9:00 am 

5K race: 9:00

Runs are USATFNJ 500 point Grand Prix Events.

Walkers go out immediately after the races begin.

Why walk 45 minutes? 

That's the average amount of time a child in rural Kenya walks one way to school each day.
