Description

Run, walk, or roll along a 5k for fair housing. It’s more than just a race—it’s a powerful journey through the past with a chance to win amazing prizes and champion housing justice. This is a part of a series of events that will take place in 2025 to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Fair Housing Contact Service and their dedication to housing justice.

Parking is located at Reach Opportunity Center - 390 W Crosier St, Akron, OH 44311. Shuttles will be available to take you to the starting line or you can run/walk over to the other side of the lake as a warmup.

8:00 am - 1 Mile Fun Run Start -  children and adults can walk, run, or roll for one mile of the path

9:30 am - Awards, Snacks, Coffee, & Music

Top 1 overall separated by gender female. male, and non-binary
Top 1 in each age group separated by gender female, male, and non-binary in 9 and under, 10-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+
