In 2025, FLIPANY celebrates 20 years of empowering communities through nutrition education, wellness programs, and increased access to healthy meals!                                 

As we mark this incredible milestone, we invite you to join us in celebrating two decades of impactful work at our 20th Anniversary 5K Fun Run, March 29, 2025 at Markham Park in Sunrise, FL.

This premier event brings together 1,500+ health enthusiasts, families, and supporters to promote physical activity, community connection, and our shared commitment to health equity. As a sponsor, donor or participant of the 5K Fun Run, you not only help us commemorate our legacy but also play a vital role in sustaining and expanding our programs that serve South Florida’s most vulnerable populations.

With your support, FLIPANY can continue to provide over 2 million meals annually to children, families and seniors in under-resourced communities, deliver impactful nutrition and wellness education to over 3,000 children per year, and create lasting change. This event is more than a run; it’s a movement. Together, we can take steps toward a healthier, stronger future for our community.

Race will take place RAIN OR SHINE. REGISTRATION CLOSES at 7:59am on Saturday, 3/29. Same day registrations must be paid via credit card or ApplePay.
