Support the MUSC Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as we bring awareness to different causes of coma. Celebrate MUSC Neurosciences ICU and our dedication to providing state of the art treatment and care to patients. Join family, friends and runners on November 15 as we celebrate life after a brain injury.

Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025

Time: Race start at 9 a.m. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to start of the race for registration and to pick up your race package. 

Location: Sweet Gum Shelter in the Palmetto Island County Park, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Park entrance fee is included in registration. Please mention that you are participating in the Curing Coma 5K at the main park entrance for free entry. 

Parking and Registration: Follow signs for Sweet Gum Shelter and Curing Coma 5K after entering the park.
