Join us before and after the race to enjoy light snacks and refreshments and to visit our vendors and sponsor booths. 

The pre-race fun kicks off at 8 a.m. with light snacks and refreshments, and vendor/sponsor booths. Walkers and runners will start the race at 9 a.m. Part of the course takes place on the Bowman Field runway, with participants surrounded by aircraft. 

The Race the Runway 5.02K is the first race of the Planet Fitness Mayorthon Race Series. 

The race will be professionally chip-timed. All participants will receive a commemorative Race the Runway 5.02K race short-sleeved shirt and a custom finishers medal.

Packet pick-up will be held on  Fri., Aug. 1, from 12 - 6 p.m. at the Bowman Field Administrative Office, 2815 Taylorsville Rd. There will also be race-day packet pick-up from 8 - 8:45 a.m.
