Description

Are you ready to meet your new year's resolution and start achieving your fitness goals!  Gear up and start training for the Fort Bliss annual Iron Soldier Half Marathon on January 27, at 7:00AM!  This event will start and finish at Soto Gym on East Bliss (20751 Constitution Ave.)

Registration Cost: 

$40 // Active-Duty & Retirees

$50 // Family Members & DoD ID cardholders

$60 // General Public

*Registration includes a shirt and finisher medal.

*For all late registrations, $10 incurred starting January 25 until day of race.

Jan. 27 // 5:30-6:30AM // Onsite at Soto Gym

Details: Children 16-17 must have a waiver signed by their parents. Children 10-15 can participate with a parent present at the event and a signed waiver. Children 9 and younger can participate with a participating parent. Pets are not allowed.

Late Registration / Packet Pickup:

5:30 - 6:30AM // Jan 27

*Packet pick up closes at 6:30AM for all runners. No bibs will be issued after 6:30AM. If a packet is not picked up, registered participants may still attend the event but will not be eligible for awards and time will not be recorded.

Race Day Info:

Safety brief will be conducted at 06:30 AM

Start Time: 07:00 AM, 27 January 2024.

Course closes at 11:00 AM

Award Ceremony: Will be conducted at approx. 09:30-10:00. Awards: Overall Male/Female and Male/Female Age Category: 19-U, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
