Are you participating in the Nashville 1/2 or Marathon on October 28?? Join us for a course preview run! Half Marathoners will cover 12 miles and Marathoners will run 20 miles for the last long run before race day. Each route will be supported with hydration stops and pace group leaders to get you thru the distance with ease. After the run, stick around and help customize encouraging race day signs (we're putting all those leftover campaign signs to good use!) and enjoy snacks and try out new shoes from ASICS.
We'll begin at 6:30 with a short warmup.
