Yes, Chef! 2nd, 3rd & 4th Graders, Mondays, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. $270 Regular, $243 for students enrolled in Summit Afterschool on a weekly basis during this entire class Oct 2, 16, 23, 30, Nov 6, 13, 20, 27, Dec 4, 11 No class Oct 9 -Led by Summit School’s Chef Justin Wilson -Learn the basics of cooking, including mixing, measuring, stirring, basic cooking terminology, and a safe introduction to knife skills. -Students will learn how to work in small groups and problem-solve while having fun and making delicious, kid-friendly, recipes. -Students will need to arrive ready to listen, learn, and have fun. They will need to wear closed-toe shoes and have the ability to put their hair up if needed. -All equipment and ingredients will be provided for each class. -Allergies should be listed during registration, so the class menus can be planned appropriately.
