September is National Suicide Awareness Month. In an effort to raise awareness on mental health and suicide prevention Breaking the Barriers is hosting the “Celebrate Your Life 5K.” A 5K walk/run dedicated to suicide awareness and prevention, mental health and the loved ones lost by suicide. Join us on a 5K walk/run at TY Park in Hollywood.  The 5K is a chipped timed event and will provide awards for top 3 (male and female) overall and age groups.

Each participants will receive a personalized race bib with RFID timing chip, event shirt, and finisher medal.  Many of us have been affected or know someone affected by suicide, show you support and me take steps forward to end to suicide.
