Join us for an exciting, no-pressure event celebrating fitness for all ages! 🎉 Pumpkin Attire Is Encouraged! Dress up in your favorite pumpkin-themed outfits and add to the festive atmosphere.

Big Prizes & Pumpkin Decorating: Enjoy the beautiful trails in and around Malone Rec Park, win big cash prizes and other fantastic prizes, and the munchkins will have fun with pumpkin decorating! 🎃💰

Scenic Routes: Take in the stunning fall scenery as you navigate the trails. Whether you accompany a munchkin, walk or run the 5K, there is a place for you out on the course. Both courses feature the best views at the Malone Rec Park. The start and finish are both located at the Kelly Pavilion, making for easy race-day logistics and a perfect finish-line to celebrate your accomplishments.

5K Pumpkin Run: Open to adults and kids ages 5-13 (accompanied by an adult). Race Day Pricing: $30 for adults, $15 for kids ages 5-13. Register early to avoid the additional fee!  Finishers receive a medal and are entered in prize drawings for $250, $100, $50 cash, and more. Route: Starts at Kelly Pavilion (State St. side of Malone Rec Park) includes Scott Dr., College Ave., Huskie Lane, and wooded trails.

Munchkin Mile: Open to ages 10 and under. Race Day Pricing: $15 for the Munchkin Mile. Register early to avoid the additional fee! Finishers receive a medal, a real pumpkin to decorate after the run and a pumpkin-themed drawstring backpack with goodies. Route: Paved path through a wooded area in the rec park. Parents/guardians are encouraged to accompany munchkins.
