We hope you will join us for the 3rd Annual 5k Wellness Walk & Health Fair. The Wellness Walk & Health Fair is a fun and family-friendly race that takes you across the picturesque Woodrow Wilson Bridge—the only bridge that spans three states. All proceeds from the race will support our Annual Scholarship and Wellness Circles Programs. September is Self-Care Awareness Month, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing our well-being. The Wellness Walk provides a wonderful opportunity for PRAF to promote self-care awareness and encourage healthy habits.

Wear pink and be creative! This year, we'll be awarding prizes for the best dressed and most creative participants.

Virtual Participation:

We've listened to your feedback! This year, we're excited to offer a virtual option for those unable to join us in person. For $30, the virtual package includes a bib, medal, and wristbands, which will be shipped to you before the event. If you choose the virtual option, sign up by September 14th to receive your PRAF swag before the event and don't forget to tag us on social media!

Rain or Shine: The event will proceed regardless of the weather.
