WHAT:
2nd Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K Run presented by Texas Oncology–Waco Cancer Center and benefiting Texas Oncology Foundation, Inc. All proceeds remain in the Waco community, supporting cancer patients through assistance and survivorship programs.

5K Walk/Run
- $30.00 - Early-Bird Registration on or before September 5
- $40.00 - Registration after September 5
- $15.00 - Kids Registration (12 and under)

FREE - Survivor Celebration Lap Registration (if you would like an event t-shirt the cost is $15.00)

**To be guaranteed an event t-shirt you must register on or before September 5, 2025 ** 
Notice: shirt sizes are guaranteed for all who register by September 5. We will do our best to provide an event shirt to all who register after September 5 (shirt size is not guaranteed at this time).

Race Day at Indian Spring Park (101 N. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX 76701)
7:30am - Check-In Opens
8:15am - Survivors Celebration Lap
8:30am - 5K Begins (awards to follow race)

PLUS:
Register a team of five or more participants and receive a $5 discount per registration
Become an individual fundraiser and raise $100
Create or join a team fundraiser and raise $100
