Sign up now to join us on Saturday, September 30th at The Village Green in downtown Summit, NJ for a beautiful morning of exercise and fun for a great cause.  Your morning will consist of a 5k run or walk along our USATF-certified course through Summit, and a Fun Run for the kids around The Village Green.

All proceeds support Summit- and Newark-based Bridges' mission and programs, which seek to end homelessness through volunteer-driven outreach and individual case management focusing on health, housing, and independence.

WHEN:  Saturday, September 30th 2023

TIME: 

• 7:45am - Check-in begins
• 8:30am-Kids Fun Run
• 9:00am - 5K Run/Walk
• 9:10am - Burn+Flow Class in Village Green

ALL ABOUT IT:  Each 5k participant will receive an event t-shirt, race bib, and post-race refreshments.  Live DJ and volunteer opportunities will also be on-site throughout the morning. Top fundraisers and top racers in each category will receive awards after the race.  T-shirts will only be guaranteed for those who register by September 20, 2023. Kids Fun Run participants will receive a medal and prize (no t-shirt).

RATES:

• 5K race for 18 years and older - $40
• 5K race for under 18 years old - $30
• Kids Fun Run - $10
• Burn+Flow - $20

Park on the side street, Russell Place, and you will see our table outside by the Oakes Center door.  In the case of inclement weather, come in the marked door to the vestibule. Parking lot available on Ashwood Ave if needed. Walk around building to our table.

Please note: Kids Fun Run & Burn+Flow registrants will not receive event t-shirts unless there are extras, so early check-in is NOT necessary for these registrants.

RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP & REGISTRATION:  T-Shirt/Bib pickup will begin at 7:45am in the Village Green.  Same day registration will be available.
Kids Fun Run begins at 8:30am so we highly suggest that you arrive early to get race packets and not get stuck in line.

PARKING:  Parking is available on the street and in nearby municipal lots.

WATER STATION:  There will be one water station on the course.  

STROLLERS:  Strollers are allowed on the race course, we just ask that you line up near the end for your safety and the safety of other participants.

POST RACE FOOD/DRINK:  After you cross the finish line, we will provide free water, fruit and packaged post-race snacks.
