Let's kickoff Saturday morning of the Scandinavia Corn Roast Weekend with a Fun 5K. There will be a NEW ROUTE this year!! 

Beautiful course set all throughout the rolling hills of Jorgens Park Preserve! Most of the route is on grass or dirt terrain, with a small road section on Silver Lake Rd/Lake St. That means no highways or county roads to cross and a lot less traffic! Yay! The route is still leashed-pet friendly and overall pretty stroller friendly! There is a section with a few roots/rocks.

The run/walk begins at 8:30am and will be concluded before the parade! Proceeds from this Scandinavia Booster Club event will go back into the community.

Registration open until 08/01/2025 where you will still receive beer/soda tix and wristband entry into the grounds on Saturday. In-person registration day-of available for $35 all ages (6+) with no guarantee of T-shirt.
