Join us Saturday, May 11, 2024, for the "We Fight Together" 3K Walk Run as we raise awareness to drug poisoning & overdose awareness.

Location: Wicker Park - Pavilion A, located at 8554 Indianapolis Boulevard, Highland IN (west entrance)

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

"We Fight Together" Walk/Run - FREE to participate. create a fundraising page and set a goal. Participants who raises a minimum of $100.00 will receive an event t-shirt and a goodie bag.

Individual- Ask friends and family to support you in fundraising. Share the mission and your personal story for walking.

Form a TEAM! Gather four or more of your friends, family members, or co-workers to walk or run together! Be a Fundraiser!

The purpose of the "We Fight Together" event is to engage in a walk/run to honor the memory of individuals who have fallen victim to illicit drug poisoning and overdose, while also increasing public consciousness about the ongoing crisis of illicit drug use impacting our community. In 2022, Indiana witnessed the tragic loss of approximately 2,755 lives to illicit drug-related incidents. The crisis escalated further in 2023, with a record-breaking loss of over 112,000 individuals nationwide due to drug poisoning. Our mission is dedicated to addressing and bringing attention to this significant epidemic affecting our country.

On the morning of Saturday, May 11, 2024, runners and walkers will come together to walk/run the beautiful trails of Wicker Park in Highland Indiana.  All funds raised will support Sounds of Sarah Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a variety of prevention, education and advocacy, that focus on the dangers of illicit fentanyl, drugs and addiction. Our mission is to raise awareness to the nationwide opioid epidemic, provide prevention services and ensure the public has access to the necessary information and resources to save lives.
