All participants will receive official finish times and a finisher medal.  Three deep medals in all age divisions.

Event details and schedule

5K RUN/WALK/ROLL
ADULT TRIATHLON 

Starts at 7AM
• 3.1 mile run
• 11 mile bike
• 150 yard swim

KID’S TRIATHLON

Starts at 9AM 
PreRace warm-up at 8:30am
• 1/4 mile run
• 1/4 mile bike
• 25 yard swim

LLU Students must bring student ID

Rules for the Triathlon: ANSI or Snell approved helmets are required. You are responsible for your own safety and working conditions of your bicycle. Mandatory bike check on race morning before you enter transitition area. Participants only allowed in transition area.

• Online registration closes Friday, April 29, at 2:00 p.m.
• Race day registration opens at 5:30 a.m. 
• Cash or checks only on race day.
• Pre-race packet pick up is Saturday, April 29 at the Drayson Center soccer field at sunset from around 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
