SCHEDULE

Race day registration and packet pickup from 7:00-8:15.

5K race begins at 8:30

AWARDS

Awards are given to the top 3 male and female runners.

Age group awards to top 3 in each  

Category: 14&U; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69 and 70&Over

 

KIDS 1/2 MILE FUN RUN

FREE!   Event day registration only!

Kids 12&U are invited to run after the 5k race. Parent or guardian must sign the entry form. Parents are encouraged to run along with their children. Medals to the top boy and girl 8&U and 9-12 yrs old. Each participant receives a ribbon.

 

PACKET PICK-UP

Shirts are guaranteed if registered by March 25th, after that, it is first come first serve on race day.

Event day only

Bibs, pins, and shirts may be picked up on event day only at the

registration pavilion beginning at 7am.

 

DIRECTIONS

From Lancaster: Take Rt 23 East to New Holland, turn right onto Kinzer Avenue. Cross the railroad tracks. New Holland Community Park is on the left (Jackson Street)

From Rt 222: Take Rt 322 East exit.   Follow Rt 322 East turning right onto Railroad Avenue. Turn left onto Main Street (Rt 23). Follow directions above.

From East: Take Rt 322 West and turn left onto Rt 23. Turn left onto Kinzer Avenue. Cross railroad track. New Holland     Community Park is on the left (Jackson Street).

 

PARKING/RESTROOMS

Parking is located within the park. Restrooms are located within the main building on the south side of Jackson Street as well as the bathroom house located at the finish line.

 

 

Release: In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I the undersigned intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors,             administrators, and personal representatives, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, illness, injuries, or losses which I have or which may accrue to me against all race officials and all organizations constructing or involved in this event, including, but not limited to, Garden Spot Booster Club, Elanco School District, or New Holland Community Park, their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives successors, assigns, and sponsors, that may result from my participation in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the aforementioned persons and organizations to use my name and/or picture in any newspaper, photograph, video tape, motion picture, recording or any other account of this event for any purpose whatsoever. I understand the entry fee is non-refundable in the event that the race is canceled due to dangerous conditions or weather, and this decision is made by the race director.
