70.4 triathlon - designed as early season training race to get your season started.

Sprint race - Created for the "newbie" first time racer interested in a true Swim - Bike - Run race. Swim is in the Bay where the water is calm

EVENTS:  Long Course 70.4, Sprint Triathlon & Sunset 5K Run

LONG COURSE 70.4 TRIATHLON

START:  7AM

DISTANCE:  SWIM 2200yd   BIKE 56mi   RUN 13.1mi

SUPER SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON

START:  2 Wave start Times 7:45 and 8 am

DISTANCE:  SWIM 500yd   BIKE 9-mile,  RUN 4mi

TRANSITION AREA:  Bayshore & Ocean Blvd.
