ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5pm on 4/6. *REGISTRATION ON-SITE WILL OPEN AT 7:30am!

The New York Islanders are hosting the Race to the Rink 5K, presented by and benefitting Easterseals New York, on April 7th, 2024. This 5K is supported by the Islanders Children’s Foundation and will be hosted outside of UBS Arena.

 

All fans and community members are welcome to register for the event. Each registrant will receive a medal, t-shirt and running bib. There will also be special visits from New York Islanders alumni and New York Islanders mascot, Sparky. The islanders Community Events Tour will also be onsite for all to enjoy.

Parking is available the day of the event in the Silver, Ruby and Diamond parking lots. For additional information on arriving to UBS Arena, visit HERE.

 

Race check-in will begin at 7:30am outside the UBS Arena Main Entrance. The race will begin at 9am with awards to follow.

 

Race participants are welcome to check out table vendors and additional entertainment supplied by the New York Islanders.

 

Event:

            5K Run/Walk: $40

            Check-in begins: 7:30am

            Race Starts: 9am

* Shirt size guaranteed if registered by 3/21!

*Jogging strollers are welcome!

Awards: 

All registered participants will receive a medal.

Top three male and top three female finishers a team autographed mini helmet

Awards will be granted to the top three (3) individual fundraisers.

1.       Top fundraiser: Four (4) VIP tickets and parking to the New York Islanders last 2023-24

          regular season home game.

2.       Second place: Four (4) VIP tickets and parking to one (1) remaining 2023-24 regular

          season home game. Exclusions apply.

3.       Third place: One (1) individual player-signed jersey.

Event is rain or shine. All registrations are final.

No refunds will be provided.
