The Beta Lambda Sigma Raleigh Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated is hosting our Inaugural 5K Run/Walk during our 81st Northeastern Region Conference.   Participants can choose to join hundreds of members, affiliates, friends and family members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated for a leisurely or competitive run along one of Raleigh's beautiful greenways.  You can also run in your hometown or on a treadmill.  The goal is to reach 3.1 miles walking or running on April 1, 2023... and no this is NOT a JOKE!

The start and finish line is near the intersection of Crabtree Valley Avenue and Homewood Banks Drive in Raleigh...conveniently located across the street from our host hotel.

A portion of the proceeds will support the S.I.S.I., a non-profit organization in Raleigh that provides transportation for cancer patients and their families.  For more information please visit https://www.thesisi.org/

In-person registration is open to the first 275 people and will include a t-shirt, medal and bib.  Virtual participants will receive a medal at the mailing address provided so you can display them immediately after you complete your run/walk.
