Description

Enjoy a beautiful lake side run around Litchfield Park.  The race is a flat-coursed and chip timed event staffed by Scouts with support from adult volunteers.  100% of the proceeds go to fund Scouting activities including summer camps and high adventure camps for the active Scouts in our Troop.  The top 3 male and female finishers in each age group will receive awards.  There will be a special division for Scouts. 

10K Begins at 7:30am

1 Mile Begins at 8:00am

5K Begins at 9:00am

Event details and schedule

March 25th is the 6th annual BSA Scout Troop 99 5K, 10K Run and 1-mile fun run.  
 
This is our 6th time hosting this event that you will want to return to year after year.  
The race is a flat-coursed and chip timed event, staffed by the Boy Scouts
with support from adult volunteers.
 
The first race will begin at 7:30AM on March 25th.

100% of the proceeds for this race go to fund Scouting activities including
summer camps, and high adventure camps for the active Scouts in our Troop.  

The top 3 male and female finishers in each age group will receive awards (this will include the virtual runners).  In order for the virtual runners to qualify for an award, please send a picture of your distance and time to [email protected] by 5pm on March 25th.

The race options are as follows:
1-mile fun run - For kids and adults/parents that want a little fresh air
5K - Enjoy our scenic 5K course while running or walking
10K - Looking for a bigger challenge
Virtual Race - Can't make the race? You can still support the Scout Troop and compete virtually. Please sign up for the distance of your choosing.  Upon completion we will mail you a finishers medal and t-shirt and any award that you may place for.
