Kick off your race weekend with a light 3-mile shakeout run hosted by Empower U, our presenting sponsor!

🚌 Shuttle Transportation

Mandatory shuttle service from Fawick Park to the start line
Buses Load: 6:05 AM
Departure: 6:15 AM sharp — no late buses
🚫 No parking available at Family Park
🚗 Limited Drop-Off Zone

Drop-off available at Family Park between 6:15 AM and 6:40 AM
Family Park will be closed to vehicles promptly at 6:40 AM

📦 Packet Pickup & Bag Drop

Packet pickup available before bus boarding on race morning
Only the provided clear plastic snap bag (with bib/shirt) may be used for bag drop
No other bags will be accepted at the start line

Free parking in Sioux Falls parking ramps on weekends
Closest ramp: 200–238 S Mall Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104
Convenient to the Expo, Zippy Mile, shuttles, and finish area
