The Health4Heroes Guardian Games & Expo returns for its third year! Our Military and First Responder-inspired fitness competition is designed to test your grit while showcasing support for local heroes. This year, the games will be bigger and better than ever before. In men’s and women’s respective categories, athletes will compete in teams of 2, through three qualifying events to earn their spot in the championship event of the day where the teams can expect to be tested in every capacity. Similar to our nation’s top-performing military & first responder teams, you’re only as strong as your weakest link at the Guardian Games.
