Tacos and Margaritas. Do we need to say more?The Tacos & Margaritas 5K™ is the most fun and delicious, Latino-infused running event you will attend this summer! Whether you are a runner or a walker, a taco-lover, or a margarita-sipper this event is for you! It starts with a timed 5K race (run or walk) around Veteran's Park in Richfield, Minnesota. Followed by a big post-race FIESTA where you can have a taco on one hand and a margarita on the other while dancing to Latin music and shopping our amazing local vendors. Your friends and family can enter the fiesta for FREE.Each 5K participant will receive tickets for tacos and a margarita. Runners will also take home an official Tacos & Margaritas 5K™ T-shirt, a tote bag, and a finisher's certificate. Time results will be posted online. We will have prizes for the first three finishers!There is a kid's run! Children under 12 years old can join the Little Taco Run with a distance of 1-kilometer. They will receive a T-shirt and a finisher's certificate.The Tacos & Margaritas 5K™ is organized by mnlatinos.com to encourage people to be active while creating a fun experience through running, food, music, and culture.
