POSTPONED TO JUNE 4TH.

*NEW LOCATION FOR 2023*: The race is located at the TJ STADIUM Located at 310 Old Clairton Rd, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025

Terrain: Most of the race is on the track or pavement.  There is one area that is on a loose stone road around the baseball field.  Potential for some mud there if it rains - although it is flat and there are grassy areas on side of the road. 

Order of Events

7:15-8:30 Registration for runners and Bib/T-shirt Pick up will begin 

8:55 Welcome and Playing of the National Anthem

9:00 am Kid 1-Mile Race Starts

9:20 am Kid 1-Mile Race Awards for Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females

9:30 am Community 5K Race starts

10:30 am Community 5K Race Awards for Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females. 

 

Parking

People can park at the high school with no issues when coming or leaving in 2 areas: The lower lot off of Coal Valley Road by the Big Wall, OR above the tennis courts in the back of the school building. If you park in the main, up top, by the main stadium entrance, you will need to stay until the race ends.  

Bathrooms: Stadium bathrooms will be available from 7:00 to 11:00

Bib and T-shirt Pickup: You can pick your bibs up on race day starting at 7:15 am.  

Event Details: Music will be playing for the duration of the race. The Jaguar Mascot will greet runners at the start of the race.  All student runners will get free ice from BG’s Italian Ice at the completion of the race (A ticket will be on the back of the medal).  Kid runners may run with up to 2 parents.  There is no charge for parent runners. Spectators welcome!
