This years theme is health and fitness through the bible so come join the fun at the Freedom Fun Walk at Marion County Park any time between 9:00am-11:00am, Saturday June 8th (The inclement weather alternative is the same day, same time but the starting location is 107 S 3rd St, Knoxville, IA. Vehicle recommended.)

Freedom for Youth- Knoxville is so excited to have teamed  up with various organizations this year including KNX fitness, the rec center, the Iowa egg council, and many others.  Come participate in some engaging activities aimed for the entire family.  There is even a prize for the person that can lift the heaviest weight and for the person that can sprint the fastest; yeah, we are getting the police department to use their radar detector for this one.

Have fun at eight engaging stations throughout a casual one mile walk at Marion County Park. The purpose is to raise funds for the empowerment of youth in our area. This community wide event involves multiple community organizations as well as businesses. Registration includes a welcome pack and grants access to all activities along the walk. Check-In by yourself or with a group anytime from 9am to 11:00am on Saturday June 8th and move through the course and activities at your own pace (allow at least an hour). Complete all the activities for a special bonus prize!  Ages 5 and under are free (no t-shirt).
