Welcome to the 3rd annual Elm Street RunFest! Headlined by a 10 mile grand tour of Greensboro's central boulevard and surrounding neighborhoods, Course is USATF certified, and will start and finish in downtown Greensboro. 100% of event proceeds benefit local charity Triad Be Head Strong, who support our region's brain and spine tumor patients and providers. In addition to the 10 mile run, there will be a 5k run, a 1 mile youth run, and a 1 mile Survivors, Healers and Heroes Walk for brain tumor patients, their families, friends, caretakers, as well as those who will walk in remembrance of a loved one.
