Erik was a smart, funny, athletic young man who struggled with depression and a recent diagnosis of Bipolar disorder.

In celebration of Erik's life, we invite you to the 4th annual run or walk with us to raise awareness for mental health and support NoStigmas and Hesed House.

NoStigmas is a non-for-profit organization based out of Chicago that supports local peer support communities with mental health education, support and resources.

Last year, thanks to all of your generosity, we raised $14,426 in addition to product and gift card donations for Hesed House in Erik's memory. Prior to that in our first two years, you helped us raise over $50,000,000 for Project Healthy Minds. We thank you for your continued support in celebrating Erik and promoting mental health awareness.

The 5K will be held virtually and in person. You are able to do your walk or run on your own time and submit your results virtually!  The run is not an officially timed event, but is meant to bring people together to celebrate Erik and support those who may be struggling. We will have a food truck, music and drinks. The cost of the ticket will include food and beverages. The virtual ticket price will go towards extra donations. 

The virtual event will be open for submissions any time between May 13 - May 28. (Registration open NOW - May 28). If you participate virtually tag @ErikSeversonMemorial5K on instagram so we can feature our supporters near and far!

The in-person event will be held on Saturday, May 18. May 22 would be Erik's 23nd birthday (Registration open NOW - May 18). We can't wait to see you there to celebrate Erik's legacy.
