❆ Join Extra Mile Fitness Company for a FREE fun run/walk with coaches and staff

on Saturday, January 13th at 7:30 a.m.! 

❆ Let's celebrate! Let's conquer our goals in 2024! Let's move together! ❆

• 7:30 ➔ Fun run/walk (3 to 10 miles - you do you!)

• Meet the 2024 training group coaching team

• 8:30 ➔ join for a post-run talk from Mike Schumacher about ways to strengthen your glutes and lower body muscles!

• Meet Colin from Puma, learn about shoes and try on!

• On the fence about joining our training groups? There will be a Q & A with coaches about our spring half-marathon and 5k groups!

*Extra Mile fun run/walk uses city pathways. We ask everyone to be mindful of the crosswalks, cars on the road and are familiar with the route. Anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This event is not a training program but a fun, energetic, themed and organized group run to help you stay motivated during January.  We will have coaches and people to help guide you.  We will have pick your distance (3 to 12 miles).  These runs are intended to be fun, relaxed and a way to run on some amazing routes in the region.  Extra Mile is solely offering a location to meet up.  If you are running longer distances, be sure to bring your own water.
