Description

Kids Run the Nation has been a Road Runners Club of America program since 2008, starting in response to the growing national concern for children’s health.  It is a gender inclusive program with an emphasis on participation and developing a healthy lifestyle.   

Running with Kelly's adaptation of the curriculum offers a more individualized approach, coaching each child at their current level.  This is perfect for kids ages 7-12 years.  There will be two classes, both on Mondays and Thursdays, one for beginners (4:00-5:00PM) and one for kids who are already running 2-3 miles (5:15-6:15PM).
