Sixth Annual King Cake 5K and 1-mile Fun Run

Starting at 8 a.m. (fun run) and 8:30 a.m. (5K)

Join us for the 6th Annual King Cake 5K and one-mile fun run presented by the CES Athletic Booster Club at the Early Childhood Campus in downtown Covington.

We’ll have awards, music, food (including king cake, of course!), drinks, and a good time for all. Lace up those running shoes, wear your Mardi Gras finest, and laissez les bons temps rouler!

The Race Benefits: Christ Episcopal School Athletic Booster Club

A major portion of the proceeds from the King Cake 5K will go toward the purchase of bleachers for the Track & Field Complex at the CBC, an improvement that will benefit both our NIAL and LHSAA programs. 

 

Registration Fees:

(Online pre-registration)

$20 youth (17 and younger)

$30 adults (18 and older)

 

(Race day registration in person)

$25 youth (17 and younger)

$35 adults (18 and older)

 

T-shirts aren't guaranteed if registering day of race. 

Packet Pickup (Location, Date & Time): Friday, Jan. 27th, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in The Reily at the CBC. Packets will also be available on race day.
