Registration Opens on Saturday, March 22nd at 8AM!

Join us for the 34th edition of a Jersey Shore summer tradition! 

5k run/walk/roll with live music on the racecourse, cool shirt, and after-party at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar. Great community vibe with kids' sprint races and kids' activities including pony rides, inflatables, face painting and more. 

This year’s Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, located in Spring Lake Heights, which provides meaningful employment opportunities in a supportive and uplifting environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  More info www.kindnesscafeonmain.com

Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).
