This club is all about running AND having a great time doing it! Run4Fun is dedicated to promoting a lifelong love for running and a healthy lifestyle. A club for those who have never been on a run to experienced runners. Don't miss this chance to train from certified Running Coach, Wendy Berton.

Participants will learn to identify goals and establish steps to achieve the goals. Learn proper stretching techniques and runner specific exercises. Participants will journal their runs to watch their progress. The club meets in the Luscher Farm classroom each week and runs/walks takes place on the paved Stafford Basin Trail.
