Amnesty Crossfit presents The Backyard Winter Ultra for Blessings in a Backpack Oswego Chapter

Complete as many 1 mile road loops as you can in 12 Hours

All Ultra Runners must start at 8am

You can leave and come back, you can log miles throughout the day.  You must start your last lap by 7:45pm

Awesome bling for anyone completing over 5 miles!

Every mile will result in a donation to Blessings in a Backpack!

If a runner gets:

26 Miles it will be an additional $25 donation
50K miles we will donate $50 extra
50 miles we will donate $100
The Lap Leader at 2pm will receive a free case of Fitaid!
Any runner completing 10 miles gets agift card for a free small pizza from GJP Italian Eatery!

Awards for Top 3 Male and Female!

From The Comic Shop, AquaSpa, Renewed Vitality and Ascent Protein!

If the group gets 500 miles we will donate an extra $150

5 Mile Races will be scored outside of the Ultra, and results will be posted for that race.  Top Male and Female will receive prizes!
