Description

Come have a Holly Jolly 5K Run in Winder, GA. The course will be run on paved streets.

Virtual Option: Run your 3.1 miles any day between Sunday, November 28th and Sunday, December 5th at 12 noon. Submit your finish time using this link: http://tiny.cc/21ElfTrot5KTimes. Finish times submitted after December 5th at 12 noon will not be included in the results. Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards.  Virtual runners will also be placed at the back their age group for Series points.

Race day registration and packet pickup will begin at 1:30PM

5K starts at 3PM

Series affiliation

The race is part of the 2021 Black Bag Race Series and the Clover Glove Series.

 

Shirts and Goodies

All preregistered entrants are guaranteed a long sleeve t-shirt and while supplies lasts on day of race. There will be plenty of refreshments after the race.  T-shirt pick-up for virtual runners will be Sunday, December 5th from 1:30pm to 3:00pm @ 58 W. Candler Street, Winder, GA.

 

Awards

Will be given to the Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters Male/Female, Grand Masters Male/Female and 3 deep in standard age groups.  No awards for virtual runners.

 

Timing and Results

Finish line management will be provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classiconestop.com, www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com.

 

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
