Description

Run a 5K then warm up with a chili lunch. Route takes place on the Schaumburg Golf Course golf cart paths. Participants older than 21 will receive a free beer with lunch.  Additional beer will be available for purchase. Awards for winners in each age/gender group.  All participants will receive a long-sleeve quarter-zips.

Pre-Registration will end November 28 at 5:00pm. Race Day Registration will be available on Saturday for a fee of $55. Please bring a check made out to the Schaumburg Park District.

Packet Pick-Up will be available by 8am on Saturday Dec 4 at the Schaumburg Golf Club.

Strollers are not permitted at this race. Sorry!

Event details and schedule

• Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up is available between 8am and 9:30 on race day at Schaumburg Golf Course. For Race Day Registration, please bring a check made out to the Schaumburg Park District for $55. Credit Card Payments will also be accepted. 
   
• The 5K begins at 10:00am.

• The start for the 5K is on the drive in front of the Schaumburg Golf Club.

• Race results will be published the afternoon of the race on www.realtiminginc.com and at www.parkfun.com the Monday after the race.

• Awards will be announced at 11 am.

• Chili, beer, and other beverages will be available in the Chandler's upstairs meeting room after the race.

• Spectators may purchase a meal ticket for $10. Additional beverage tickets are $5.
