Description

Come out to the campus of UGA in Athens, GA and support the Superhero Dash 5K which benefits the Athens Boys and Girls Club. For over 50 Years, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens has provided a clean, healthy, and safe environment for youth ages 6 to 18. Their after-school activities are designed to fully engage members in skill building exercises while allowing them to have fun.

POSTPONED FROM FEBRUATY 20 TO APRIL 24

Race day registration and packet pickup will begin at 8AM

5K race will begin at 9AM

Awards:

Awards will be given to Overall Male, Overall Female, Masters Male, Masters Female and the top 3 in 10-year age groups starting with 10 and under and going through 60 and over.

Timing and Results:

Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with complete results posted online at www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com.

Shirts and Goodies:

T-shirts will be guaranteed to those who register by 4/11/22.  Those registering after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments

Series Affiliation:

The race is part of the 2022 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
