Join us in-person and virtually for the Sixth Annual Brave Like Gabe 5K to raise funds for rare cancer research. We will be running in-person in St. Paul, Minnesota, as well as welcoming runners virtually from around the world.

Gabe Grunewald-- pro-runner, rare cancer advocate, and founder of the Brave Like Gabe Foundation-- passed away in June 2019 from Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC). Her legacy with the foundation continues to inspire people to keep #runningonhope while also working to find better, more effective treatments for ACC and other types of rare cancers.

Each year in the US, an average of 1,224 people are newly diagnosed with ACC, a rare and incurable cancer. This year, as always, the proceeds from the BLG 5K support our partners at the Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation, the superheroes funding critical research on Gabe’s specific type of cancer.

There will also be an exciting new t-shirt design, a return of the Strava Challenge, the third annual Abby's Run for kids, and the chance to support rare cancer research by raising funds while you train for your 5K.
