Description

The Veterans Remembrance Ruck is a set of race events to honor Veterans and remember their services and sacrifice. There are four events that comprise the Veterans Remembrance Ruck. The 10K Team Ruck, 10K Individual Ruck, 5K Individual Ruck, 5K Run/Walk and Family Fun Run. The 10K Team Ruck is designed to be done with a team of 4. The 10K Individual Ruck is for individuals. Rucks are weighted backpacks or vests (40 pounds for men and 20 pounds for women). The 5K Run is designed for anyone that wants to run to support Veterans. Participants in the 5K Run DO NOT need to wear a weighted vest or backpack. The Family Fun Run is a short course for families and kids who want to run to support Veterans and have fun.
