The Frigid 5 Miler is back for its 20th year and promises to be better than ever. As ever, athletes will tackle the challenging North Ridge loop and once again, FINISH UP THAT MENACING FINAL HILL!  But once you finish this grueling course, enjoy the delicious pancakes!
